Senior Account Manager

Geoff is a Customer Success Senior Account Manager. Before joining the Bitfocus team, he spent over three years as an HMIS system administrator. He is well-versed in compliance, reporting, data analysis, training, and budget management. Geoff has experience as a relational liaison between end-users, administrators, and software vendors and uses these strengths to resolve any database questions or concerns and keep things running smoothly. Geoff has an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Wheaton College.
