Customer Relationship Manager
As a Customer Experience Manager on the Corporate Strategy Team, Diane is a true advocate for the success of all customers. She works directly with customers to ensure inter-departmental efficiency and provides upper-level customer support when needed. She guides them through the contracting phase, implementation phase, and provides ongoing support, ensuring that all needs are addressed. Diane is also the lead coordinator of the annual Clarity Connect Conference, which is the official Bitfocus live Clarity Human Services training and networking event.
