Arthur, our Technical Support Assistant Manager, brings nearly two decades of industry expertise to our team. With a background in providing direct services to homeless and at-risk clients in clinical and supportive housing settings, he seamlessly integrates practical skills in nonprofit organizations, coaching, crisis intervention, case management, and volunteer management with a deep understanding of Human Services technology. Customers consistently commend Arthur for his remarkable ability to guide them through their experiences with Clarity Human Services. He is an invaluable contributor to the success of our Customer Support Team. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Fairhaven College of Liberal Arts at Western Washington University.
