Amanda Flores is a Customer Success Account Manager at Bitfocus, and brings expertise in regulatory compliance, software training, data analysis, and HMIS leadership to the role. She has been in the human services industry since 2012, with experience in multiple areas of HMIS. As the HMIS Lead in San Antonio, Texas, she was the HMIS Manager for 3 years, where she led a huge clean-up project that included code migration and updating of the HMIS, resulting in improved data quality overall. Amanda has experience in coordinated entry, CoC Governance, customer service, and technical support, which enables her to partner with our clients and solve issues effectively. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Texas A&M University.
