As a Technical Support Analyst, Victor has been an integral part of the Technical Support Team for over two years, starting as a part-time member and advancing to a full-time role. Victor is on the front lines to support customers using the Clarity software, assisting with HUD reporting and data analysis within Looker. His journey reflects his commitment to personal and professional growth, as he continually builds on his technical knowledge to deliver exceptional service. With a passion for technology and a customer-first approach, Victor consistently provides an 11-star experience to customers by offering timely, effective solutions.

Throughout his time with the company, Victor has expanded his expertise and is now focused on deepening his understanding of the software and tools to maximize his ability to support both customers and the team. His goal is to leverage his growing technical skills around the Clarity software, HUD data standards, and Looker to contribute even more to his team’s success and to ensure that customers receive the best possible assistance. Victor has an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Valencia College.
