Teri Schell

Documentation and Training Engineer

As the Documentation and Training Engineer, Teri Schell creates and maintains detailed Help Center articles by collaborating closely with our internal teams and subject matter experts. Teri joined Bitfocus with over seven years of experience in HMIS training and direct support educational activities for shelter, medical and rehab facilities. Before joining the Learning and Development Team, she provided customer support for over four years as a member of the Bitfocus Technical Support Team. Teri also holds a B.A in English, has experience writing grants and editing literary works, and co-founded and led a successful non-profit organization that continues to work on food security in south Georgia. Her commitment to supporting our customers and to exceptional writing ensures that all Clarity Human Services users have access to clear, comprehensive Help Center articles.
