Sarah Escartin

Deputy Project Administrator

As the Deputy Project Administrator on the Nevada team, Sarah brings almost 24 years of experience working with the chronically homeless population both as a street outreach worker as well as an outpatient mental health case manager. Directly out of college, she started working at a first-of-its-kind community mental health street outreach program in Spokane, WA. After moving to Nevada she continued to work not only in the shelter programs but also street outreach in the tunnels in Las Vegas. Sarah received her Bachelor's degree from Washington State University in Psychology and Sociology.
