Sara Hoffman

Professional Services Manager

As a Professional Services Manager on the Professional Services team, Sara brings over 10 years of experience in housing and homeless services, specializing in coordinated entry, project, and contract management. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations and developed a deep understanding of the complexities of homelessness. She is also an experienced project manager and HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) administrator, helping communities leverage technology and data to move the needle on ending homelessness and creating positive outcomes for our unhoused community members. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington.
