Sara is a Senior Professional Services Manager who leads a team of project managers within the Professional Services department, focusing on leveraging Clarity Human Services as a critical tool in addressing homelessness. With over a decade of experience in housing and homeless services, Sara specializes in coordinated entry and has a proven track record of helping communities develop effective solutions to improve their homeless response system.

Throughout her career, Sara has worked with diverse populations, gaining an in-depth understanding of the complexities and systemic challenges of homelessness. As an experienced project manager and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) administrator, she utilizes technology and data to drive impactful change, improve service delivery, and create lasting positive outcomes for unhoused individuals and families.

Sara holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington, where she honed her commitment to social change and fostering community-driven solutions to homelessness.
