As Director of People Operations, Samantha ensures we are building a company people love by hiring and nurturing Bitfocus’ most valuable asset: our team. Samantha has over 15 years of HR leadership experience, with expertise in compliance, employee relations, people management, learning and development, leadership training, and organizational planning. She considers herself an educator and resource to all - focusing on inclusion, engagement, and growing individuals within their teams to perform with excellence and meet personal, professional, and organizational goals. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in History from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS, as well as a SHRM-SCP Certification.
