Senior Data Engineering Manager

As the Senior Data Engineering Manager, Pada oversees the data engineering team in the Engineering Department responsible for data warehousing and data infrastructure. He has over a decade of experience working in data engineering and analytics at non-profits and governmental organizations, including at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, the Los Angeles CoC HMIS Lead Agency. Prior to joining Bitfocus, Pada worked at Brilliant Corners, a California state-wide non-profit providing housing services, where he led the data team to develop and implement an org-wide data strategy to help show impact of the organization's mission and work. Pada is excited to continue to dedicate his work to support Bitfocus' mission and make a positive impact on addressing homelessness across the nation.
