Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist
Nate is passionate about recruiting and employee development; as a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist, he nurtures a healthy and productive work environment by developing and supporting People function initiatives. Nate develops and drives recruitment strategies, including employer branding, sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate experience. He also helps drive Bitfocus' values and philosophy through talent management activities strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
In his current role, collaboration is critical to successful and effective hiring; he collaborates with all Bitfocus teams to coordinate hiring efforts and integrate policies and procedures throughout these efforts.
He also partners with internal stakeholders coordinating with Managers and Directors on employee development. Nate has a strong background in the learning space, leading customer relationship initiatives, with expertise in project management, customer service, data transfer projects, training, and QA/testing. He applies this experience to his day-to-day communication and collaboration and assists with the People Operations department initiatives as needed.
He has worked in two previous positions at Bitfocus as the Learning & Development Manager and early on in his Bitfocus career as an Implementation Engineer.
