Mary McGrail

VP of Operations

As the Vice President of Operations, Mary oversees our Tech Support, Learning & Development, and Communications teams. Her expertise lies in HUD CoC Program compliance, coordinated system design, strategic planning, and data-driven policy development. Mary’s organizational leadership approach is rooted in 15 years of experience in research, policy, and data analysis work related to homelessness.

Before joining Bitfocus, Mary was a HUD Technical Assistance provider for eight years. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Union College.
