Lesly Soto Bright

Deputy Project Administrator

Lesly is a Deputy Project Administrator for Santa Clara, on the Community Administration team. As a Clarity Human Services and HMIS subject matter expert, she works closely with customers and stakeholders to identify and resolve complex business and data collection challenges through the lens of our software. Her background in project management also enables her to assist with ongoing analysis of efforts, including federal reporting requirements and special projects data obtained from a variety of sources. Lesly has an extensive background in HMIS analysis, database management, and social services. She has served as a Program Evaluation Analyst for First 5 San Bernardino, a Database Manager for Harder+Company Community Research, and a Data Coordinator for Encompass Head Start Santa Cruz County. Her expertise in database set-up, end-user training, and data analysis enable Lesly to be a prime contributor to Bitfocus system administration activities.
