Project Manager
As a Project Manager on the Professional Services team, Katelyn brings seven years of experience in CoC leadership, working on managing projects for both the Continuum of Care in San Antonio and in Austin, Texas. Most recently, during her time as the HMIS Administrator at Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO) in Austin, Katelyn was pivotal to the Data Quality restructuring and system planning and was the local subject matter expert in HUD Data Standards and HMIS. During her time as the Special Populations and Research Project Manager at the South Alamo Regional Alliance for the Homeless (SARAH) in San Antonio, Katelyn was the local subject matter expert in Chronic Homelessness and led the efforts on HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project planning, developed new partnerships with Youth providers and coordinated the planning on a youth-specific coordinated entry system. Along with her incredible professional experiences, Katelyn also has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Environmental Policy from Trinity University, a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Data Analytics and Visualization Certificate from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Katelyn is looking forward to leveraging both her years of experience and education to partner with Bitfocus customers, enabling a person-centered, community-driven, and data-informed approach to achieve success.
