Technical Support Analyst

As a Technical Support Analyst on the Technical Support Team, Jon brings three years of experience in Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS). In his prior role, he had the privilege of  providing HMIS technical assistance to support a total of 12 CoCs.

One of his most rewarding experiences was securing the Youth Homelessness Systems Improvement Grant to enhance services for vulnerable communities through innovative solutions in HMIS.

Jon earned his Associate's Degree in Psychology from Bronx Community College, and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems at the CUNY School of Professional Studies.
