Deputy Project Administrator
As a Deputy Project Administrator on the Community Administration Team, Jennifer brings 8 years of diverse experience in the non-profit sector. Her background includes work in outpatient facilities and at two California State Prisons including San Quentin, where she worked directly with the incarcerated population. Jennifer later transitioned to housing care services, where she dedicated 5 years to client services, specializing in case management, advocacy, and housing retention and she comes to Bitfocus with hands-on experience using Clarity. She successfully maintained housing for approximately 80 clients over two years and supported property management, operations, and compliance.
Additionally, Jennifer has experience with HUD Housing, having managed four HUD-contracted properties and consistently achieving successful audit outcomes. Jennifer is excited about utilizing technology to enhance support for our most vulnerable homeless populations and improve their access to essential services. She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish from Sonoma State University.
