Holly Aversano

CoAd Team Manager

Holly brings over 10 years of experience in homeless and human services to her role as CoAd Team Manager. Since joining Bitfocus in 2022, Holly has skillfully collaborated with the San Francisco community to strengthen their use of HMIS, as well as their application of system data to empower data-driven solutions to homelessness. Prior to her role at Bitfocus, Holly was a leader in the implementation and management of San Francisco’s Adult Coordinated Entry System, playing a pivotal role in the launch of key CE programming. With her various roles in the nonprofit and public sectors, Holly brings practiced experience in many key areas, including project management, data analysis, community facilitation, and systems change. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
