As a Project Manager on the Professional Service Team, Hannah brings three years of CES experience. Most recently, Hannah was the Coordinated Entry Housing Referral Manager at the CES lead agency for Rhode Island, where she oversaw and improved CES participation and compliance amongst housing providers. Additionally, Hannah successfully increased PSH client acceptance rates by determining root cause, improving training for providers, and updating CES policies and procedures. Originally from the UK, Hannah has her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Sheffield Hallam University.
