Fred is a Senior Data Engineer with eight years of experience in homelessness services, specializing in creating data-driven tools that deliver actionable insights to communities. His work is rooted in a passion for leveraging technology to drive meaningful social impact.

Before joining the Data Engineering Team, Fred served as a CoC Data Analyst for the Housing and Homeless Coalition of Central New York (NY-505) and has also worked directly with individuals experiencing homelessness. In that position, he played a pivotal role in developing coordinated entry systems and designing interactive dashboards using tools like R and Tableau.

An AWS Certified Developer, Fred excels in building and managing data pipelines within the AWS ecosystem and with Looker Business Intelligence, ensuring efficient and reliable data flow for complex projects. His expertise combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of community needs. Fred holds a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Psychology from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Allegheny College.
