Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer on the Data Engineering Team, Brandon brings 14 years of experience overseeing and managing HMIS for the lead CoC/HMIS agency in Manatee/Sarasota counties in Florida. Most recently, Brandon oversaw the successful transition of the Manatee/Sarasota HMIS to Clarity while simultaneously merging HMIS implementations with Pasco County, Florida, as his team assumed HMIS administration responsibilities for Pasco County. Additionally, Brandon has spent the past 14 years building data analytics capabilities in Manatee/Sarasota counties, working with CoC leaders to make data-driven decisions based on program performance data from HMIS. Aside from Brandon’s 14 years of work experience, Brandon also has an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming and Analytics from St. Petersburg College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the International Academy of Design and Technology Tampa. Brandon is excited about the opportunity to use his experience and skills to help the Data Services team at Bitfocus continue to build reporting tools and capacity for their customers.
