Senior Project Administrator

As a Senior Project Administrator on the Community Administration Team, Alexis brings five years of experience in homeless services to her role. She offers technical support, develops innovative solutions, and cultivates relationships with stakeholders. Alexis is experienced in direct service delivery, non-profit leadership, building community partnerships, and project management. Prior to joining Bitfocus, Alexis worked for a non-profit organization in Santa Clara County, California, where she led direct service initiatives and provided intensive case management and advocacy for at-risk and unhoused individuals. She managed multiple programs, including a volunteer work experience program, a peer-to-peer outreach team, and a volunteer-run food pantry. Additionally, she organized and led a service provider network, collaborating with over 50 agencies in Santa Clara County. In concert with Alexis’s Bachelor Degree in Criminology & Justice Studies, Alexis’s hands-on Clarity Human Services experience and knowledge of homelessness response systems puts her in a unique position to provide support to a diverse portfolio of CoC’s in their efforts to reduce and end homelessness using Clarity.
