As a Lead Data Engineer on the Data Services Team, Thomas Brittain uses SQL, LookML, and Python to create custom reporting systems, analytic tools, and machine learning models to help individuals and communities transform their data into actionable insights. Thomas is unwaveringly driven to end homelessness. He is active in machine learning communities, regularly contributes to open source projects, and teaches Python to anyone who will listen. He has many years of experience and is passionate about using data to do more than check a box.

As the Analytics Platform Manager on the Data Services team, Alison oversees the analytics platform releases, ensuring that they are completed accurately and delivered on time. Passionate about data and the details, Alison brings over 10 years of technical experience, with an extensive background in HMIS, having previously served as a Database Business Intelligence Developer and System Administrator of an HMIS database.
