Join this interactive session designed to evaluate and enhance your community’s homelessness response system. This session will explore how the Clarity tools and features work together to support clients and providers from initial engagement with homeless services to housing placement and beyond. Attendees will navigate the various stages of the response system, earning “points” by effectively utilizing interventions and technology solutions in their community. Session will include facilitated discussions enabling participants to evaluate their systems, identify areas for improvement, and discuss best practices and lessons learned from others.
As a Senior Project Manager on our Professional Services team, Marti leads complex projects and a team of project managers dedicated to using technology and data to end homelessness. As a subject matter expert in Outreach and the Customer Portal, Marti has been instrumental in rolling these new products out and helping communities maximize the impact on their homeless response systems. Marti brings over ten years of experience in homeless services in various roles, including direct service, program management, and system administration.
As a Senior Project Manager on our Professional Services Team, Sara works with customers on specialized projects from development to completion. Sara is able to create the resources necessary to summarize workflows and present solution comparisons and configuration options using Clarity Human Services. She is an analysis expert and works closely with partners to identify and resolve complex software and business problems. With over 10 years of experience in housing and homeless services, she has extensive knowledge of Coordinated Entry.
