As the Learning and Development Manager, Sean leads all strategic efforts to increase our partners knowledge about Clarity Human Services. He designs, develops, delivers, evaluates, and revises all Bitfocus learning content to create new training initiatives and maintain an updated curriculum database and training records. Sean has a strong background in leading customer relationship initiatives, with expertise in project management, customer service, data transfer projects, training, and QA/testing.
Regina brings over 15 years of blended experience in homeless response systems and human services to her role at Bitfocus as Senior Project Administrator for West Coast regions. Regina has deep experience with regulatory compliance, HMIS, coordinated entry, community facilitation, and data analysis. In previous roles, Regina was instrumental in streamlining processes that increased landlord and unit participation in both Alameda County and San Francisco.
