Knowledge & Training Engineer

As a valued member of the Implementation Team, Margie serves as a first point of contact, introducing the Clarity Human Services product to new customers. Margie is a HMIS Subject Matter Expert (SME), which enables her to successfully strategize new Clarity Human Services software implementations. Her 10+ years of HMIS experience ensures her ability to help customers maintain compliance with federal and local requirements. Her background also enables her to work closely with new customers to configure their systems, and conduct trainings of the Clarity Human Services product. Margie also helps to facilitate additional projects for new customers, including: designing custom reports, helping facilitate data transfers to/from external systems, and working with customers and developers on feature enhancements.

Background

Margie’s background includes 10+ years of HMIS administration, CoC coordination, and direct service in the nonprofit and government sector, with the last 3 years in the HMIS software arena. She has exceptional experience implementing Coordinated Entry, as well as using software for new and unique local initiatives. She also holds a BA in Sociology. All in all, her intensive and highly relevant experience and background helps her to translate customer needs into Clarity Human Services business processes.
