Customer Support

As a valued Technical Support Analyst, Lindsay provides daily system, administrative, and operational support to Bitfocus customers. As a subject matter expert in Clarity Human Services software and continuum of care activities, Lindsay is well-equipped with the knowledge necessary to empower our customers to achieve data-driven results. She engages in system management, quality assurance, data analytics, and system configuration to meet local client objectives. She also manages support desk tickets, maintains Service Level Agreements, and serves as a technical resource for user documentation.

Background

Lindsay has a background as a System Administrator and Data Analyst for the HMIS lead agency in San Diego. She has also served as a Litigation Support/e-Discovery Analyst. She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a Masters in Public Health, Epidemiology.
