Kerri Canataro

Project Manager

As a valued member of the Implementation Team, Kerri serves as a first point of contact that introduces the Clarity Human Services product to new customers, designing new implementations of Clarity Human Services by translating customer needs into Clarity Human Services business processes, all the while maintaining compliance with federal and local requirements. She is a subject matter expert on Clarity Human Services Software functionality, and the business processes that it supports. Her background as an HMIS System Administrator and CoC Lead enables her to work closely with new customers to design their database systems, assist in configuration, conduct trainings of the Clarity Human Services product, and assure that all new implementations remain compliant with federal and local regulations. She also helps facilitate additional projects for new customers, including: designing custom reports, helping facilitate data transfers to/from external systems, and working with customers and developers on feature enhancements.


Before joining Bitfocus, Kerri served as an HMIS System Administrator and Planner for County HMIS lead / CoC in Pennsylvania for several years. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Widener University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology, and a Minor in Leadership from the University of Delaware. The combination of her background and education lends to her ability to truly understand and address the industry challenges faced by our customers.
