Customer Success and Development

As a Customer Experience Manager on the Customer Success and Development Team, Diane is a true advocate for the success of all customers. She works directly with customers to ensure interdepartmental efficiency, and provides upper level customer support when needed. She guides them through the contracting phase, implementation phase, and provides ongoing support, ensuring that all needs are addressed. She also conducts live customer general Clarity trainings, and helps to create and maintain Help Center documentation.


Diane has an extensive background in similar roles, proving her ability to foster and manage positive, lasting relationships with customers.  She is a strong communicator who builds relationships with Bitfocus customers based on her excellent product knowledge of Clarity Human Services and her friendly, helpful manner.
