Carina Cordero

Customer Support

As a Data Technician on the Bitfocus Customer Support Team, Carina operates on the front-line, supporting customers to ensure that they’re making the most effective use of our products and services. She works with other Customer Support Team members to provide daily system, administrative, and operational support. As a subject matter expert (SME) of our Clarity Human Services software and Continuum of Care operations, she guides customers through system configuration to meet their local client objectives, and serves as a technical resource for end-user support documentation.

Background

Carina has a strong background in Data Entry Technical Support. She also has extensive field experience in Human Services, having previously worked as a Case Manager, Intake Coordinator, and Family Advocate in the Las Vegas region. Carina draws from this blend of technical and practical experience on a daily basis as she supports Clarity Human Services end-users.
