Customer Support

As a Technical Support Specialist on the Bitfocus Customer Support Team, Arthur operates on the front-lines of Clarity Human Services, supporting our customers to ensure that they’re getting the most from their Bitfocus data systems. He works with other Customer Support Team members to provide daily system, administrative, and operational support. As a subject matter expert (SME) of our Clarity Human Services software and Continuum of Care operations, he guides customers through system configuration to meet their local client objectives, and serves as a technical resource for end user support documentation.

Background

Arthur brings nearly 20 years of industry expertise to the team, with past roles providing direct services to homeless and at-risk clients in clinical and supportive housing settings. He seamlessly blends his practical skills nonprofit organizations, coaching, crisis intervention, case management, and volunteer management with his expertise in Human Services technology. Customers frequently acknowledge Arthur’s incredible ability to guide them through their experiences with Clarity Human Services; he is an invaluable contributor to the success of our Customer Support Team.  Arthur holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Fairhaven College of Liberal Arts from Western Washington University.
