Alison Wilson

Customer Support

As a valued member of the Customer Support Team, Alison provides daily system, administrative, and operational support. She works with customers to carry out system configuration that meet their local objectives, and generates reports and data analytics and reporting to provide customers with insight/data to support their objectives. Alison works interdependently with other Bitfocus Teams, recommending solutions and working with the other teams to test and implement solutions. She also serves as a technical resource for user documentation.

Background

Alison has over 10 years of technical experience, with extensive background in HMIS, having previously served as Database Business Intelligence Developer and System Administrator of an HMIS database. This technical background serves as a solid foundation for her user training and customer support.
